This hostel is not what you would expect. Even if your not picky this is not the best pick for you in Amman. The whole place is dirty and the manager is a bit strange. We arranged a ride from the airport with the hostel and they never picked us up then wanted to charge us double when we called about the ride. When we got there they didn't have our beds ready and they manager pulled some sheets out of a messy pile and made the bed right then. It looks a little scary from the outside. But, we had a great time at Mansour hotel. The staff was so helpful, it was amazing. Ali and Mahmoud go out of their way to make it a great experience. They set up great tours and excursions as well. Highly recommend. Jason, from USA ~ 7th Jan 2009

I'm an old duffer, and not used to slumming it... The Room was a single on suite. There was only hot water 2 times a day,7-10am then 6-10pm. Water pressure very low. No towels. No toilet rolls no soap.No heating (it's Winter) Lock on door very shakey.Saying that,the Staff were very friendly and very very helpful with my needs and travel plans.. neil, from England ~ 17th Dec 2008
