In the middle of downtown it is close to all the interesting areas in Amman. Ali who runs it is an interesting character who is handy with information. There is a common room where most travellers hung out so was a good place to meet and share info. Rooms are basic but good as well as the bathrooms.

Friendly and helpful staff, but large number of roaches, dirty sheets, and absurdly hard beds.

The staff was extremely helpful and the hostel is very close to all the sites. The accomidations are basic.

Had tons of fun here. Amazing location in downtown Amman, amazing staff (the owner is awesome!). The place isn't the cleanest, the bathrooms are the worst I've smelled, and the beds are the hardest I've slept on. But you can't be the price nor the hospitality.

No one knows where it is. It should cost only 2JD to get from the New Abdali bus station to get there.

Beds were rock hard but the manager is awesome and the location is perfect. Hot water is now free and the owner will soon install A/C in some rooms.

This is a good, low frills, low fuss hostel in the heart of Amman. The staff are fantastic, and can arrange tours, day trips etc. wherever you want to go (Petra, Dead Sea, Jerash etc.) which is immensely useful if you are on a tight timetable.

You really need to take specific directions to tell your cab driver and ask around the area if u still can't find it. Don't expect anything special, but the location is great and the people are trustworthy. Hint: the shower downstairs has hot water but the one upstairs doesn't.

Our stay was great. The staff (we believed is the owner) is great, he is always willing to help with anything, tours, recomendations, etc. He is always offering tea, even his own food to the guests. Eventhough he sometimes looks tired, he always has a nice smile for the guests. The rooms and beds are alright. The common room is comfortable and internet is free. Great place to stay in Amman!!
