The staff is helpful and kindness but the bedroom is not really clean. Especially, the bed is obvirous dirty. I cant believe. Pls improve the cleanliness of beds in your hostel. Thank you very much.

there isn´t much of an option in zermatt, try to stay at the Hostelling International Youth hostel, its more but you get breakfast and dinner included which is expensive in town

Where to begin? Among the worst hostels I've stayed at; the showers have mould, the breakfast is a joke at that price, the mattrasses are extremly hard and thin, the locker are placed in different rooms/floors and too small to fit a backpack. We found out too late that a lot of the hotels have doorms - they're a bit more expensive but well worth the extra francs. For all you Swedes: It's like Lasse Åbergs annex in Snowroller but with 7 beds crammed in to the room.

The hostel is a great value, but I found it difficult to accept that there wasn't a single completely functional shower. Spending a little money on plumbing fixers will not break the bank, especially given the amount of paying customers that stay there.

Great location and fun place. The guy at the front desk was a good guy and very helpful. If you dont mind a little older hostels, then stay here.

Actually, check-in time should not be informed via internet or be asked what time we will arrive coz hostel will be opened to check in from 4pm anyway. And it should be opened earlier.

No where to check bags if you arrive early. We had to leave some bags in the dining room. When we got back all the bags were open....luckily we didn't leave anything valuable and nothing was taken
