This hostel is run by a lovely couple (May & Jacky) who were wonderful hosts. They arranged to have us greeted at the train station, organised our onward train ticket before we arrived (waited 2 hours in line for us) and were very keen to make us feel welcome. It is a little further out of town and a little quiet which suited us. If you like to be in the heart of it all this may not be for you. Public transport from the area is great. Thumbs up

The singal of mobile phones is very poor in the hostel.
Best hostel ai have stayed at. And I have a lot of good memories in a hostel in NZ!!! Places to go are defentiley terrecotta soldiers of course. There is also a bell and drum tower that have fairly decent concerts running on the hour. Thats kinda cool. Going fr a bike ride along the wall was good as you get an idea of how large the wall really is! Would easily reccommend anyon coming to Xi'an to stay here. Best food as well!!! :D

This hostel is very good, I can only recommend it! The owners speak English very well. The staff is very helpful and caring, providing a very good athmosphere. You can get advice in case of problems or for planning sight-seeing. The next big street with bus stop and taxis is only 2 min walk away. The environment is residential, rather quiet. Even though the hostel is not in the center of Xian, it's really worth to stay here!!! If I come back to Xian, I want to stay here again.

This is the best Hostel I have staied on, on my trip so far, It's the best!! And the staff is VERY sweet and Helpfull.. I would recomend it to anybody who goes to Xian!!
My Trip is about 8 month and I never met before sow kindly staff. Menager of this hostel May carry about me, like about member of her's family. Location of the Meaning Hostel is a small problem , bus bring you to the Bell Tower (30 min) or railway station (20min) and cost 1Yuan. Again : Worth to stay in hostel and fill home atmosphire
