  • I needed a Doctor. My Travel Insurance phoned me at 8.00 but although Reception was opened , they were not able to receive call phones. Then the Doctor phoned the hostel some times to get in touch with me but he was not able till 10.00. how can this be?

  • It would be very nice to have staff 24 hours a day. There is not enough breakfast for everybody, only for a few people, since there is not staff, we could not get more food.
