Hostel had a hotel-like feel. Not really what I was looking for but not a complaint. Note there's no kitchen. I didn't notice this beforehand. The location is very posh, and it's near several buses and the tube. My only complaint is that they didn't clean the bathroom for the first four days I was there. I had to request that someone clean it twice. 12 people using two tiny bathrooms - it was gross after four days and all the bins were overflowing. The room was OK for me and my two friends. But there were some things we didn't like. The 'bathroom' was very small and we didn't have warm water all the time (especially in the morning). The Hostel is not the cheapest one and still charges you for everything: breakfast, internet, wifi, towels... I would expect, by the price I paid, at least free internet. But the rooms and beds are good and the bathrooms are clean (although the bathroom trash was never taken out and was always full, with paper falling on the floor). The location is really good, right next to the museums and 5 minutes from the underground station. But all in all, I still think it was expensive. Diana, from Brazil ~ 29th Aug 2011
