The Staff is lying to you, they will tell you that there is no space available only cause you dont buy a tour, its all about selling excursion, if not you dont buy they will not let you stay. They are not helping you with showing you your room, you have to find out yourself, they are lazy and not moving of an inches to help you with your luggages for example, They never have changes in the bar They ran out of beer in the bar We dont recommend this place, there is a lot of nice places to Beate, from Norway ~ 10th Dec 2011
