Unengaged and unhelpful staff. We got the response 'i'll have a look at it' three times, in three days, from two people for the same problem in the room. And it was never fixed, and no compensation given. Also ruined our food by unplugging the cooler. Fredrik, from Sweden ~ 9th Jul 2011

Nice basic hotel close to Paddington Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful while we were there. The en-suite shower room looked almost new. The breakfast is a bit basic and is brought to your room as there isn't a breakfast room but overall is good value for money. Lisa, from England ~ 27th Jun 2011
