“ We booked a 4 bed room about 4 months ago, arrived at midnight and had to move to an apartment on the other side of the beach, because the hostel was full. so we had to walk every day about 15-20 min to the beach. that was horrible. the apartment was dirty and all the time we had to wear shoes otherwise our feets were black. the breakfast was from 8-9 am (in Miami??). because we were located on the other side we didnt get anything. there was no "sorry" for all that. would never take it again. ”

“ Wish they have a kictchen but there are free bf, lunch and dinner so i guess that's why. Over all, the location and staff are the best. They are very flexible on timing and all that. Will go back. ”

“ Wow this is the highest rated hostel in Miami.. really ? Check in was fast and furious.. was relegated to an apartment practically on the other side of the island.. thankfully my bags weren't huge on this trip... the apartment was cramped and no storage for baggage so tripping over others stuff is commonplace. I have stayed in the best hostels from China and throughout Europe and this place was a disappointment. The bed i slept on was a cot and the middle practically touched the floor - just sad ”

“ I had an awesome time at this hostel. It´s the place to be if you are young and want to have a fun time in Miami, the beach is very close and partying is a lot of fun! I will definitely come back! Maybe it´s better to come there if you are over 21 years old so that you can enter all the clubs and parties. And people who want some peace and quiet hours shouldn´t stay there, for all others it´s great! :D ”

“ We were coming through on a vacation for 3 nights on our way to Key West. Both in our late 20s so not quite the 18yo first time away from home/backbacking crew that were overflowing into the lobby when we checked in. Thankfully we were in a private room in the hostels other location. Be warned this is a good 5/10 min walk further away from the main hostel in the opposite direction of the beach/Ocean Dr etc. The reception area of the main hostel was very busy and it didnt look like there was anything stopping people walking in from the street, up the stairs to where the rooms are. We were checked into the wrong room which was beyond disgusting in the other location with no reception area (but there was a door code to the external door). Thankfully the housekeeping guy came and moved us immediatly into a different room which was much nicer with good aircon. I'd say that the separate hostel location we were in isnt somewhere I'd like my sister staying in. If she was in a big or mixed group it might be OK but I'd be concerned about the security for a small group of girls otherwise because of its remoteness. ”

“ they provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. although the lunch was usually a little gross (cold pasta) the breakfast had nutella and bread along with cereal, and the dinner was usually good. the staff also works hard to get great deals for everyone such as their $5 all you can drink from the keg in the lobby nights. the lobby is LOUD, always blasting music. if you are unlucky to get the room beside the lobby like us, be prepared to fall asleep to music. ”
