I had a great time at this hostel, but you should be up for not sleeping too much for a few days. If you can manage that, it will definitely be worth it. Also, the staff is just incredible. I was here for 10 days and they treated me like family and always answered my questions. Also, everyone I met here is great too. It's wonderful if you're traveling alone and you want to meet people.

personally i would not recommend this hostel to anyone. there were over 150 people staying there so it was rather hard to really get to know people. no one was particularly friendly, especially not the staff, except teh cleaning lady. almost everyone there spoke english, even the employees wouldnt talk to you in spanish. the place was very impersonal. the door is locked you must ring the bell to have them let you in, and the guests wear wristbands so they will know who is staying there. so

If you're looking for the greatest party hostel in Buenos Aires, you've found the place. But beware of a few things: 1) Do not use their excursions! They are incredibly over priced, and it is a shame that mistreat their guest’ss trust so badly. Example: Milhouse asked for ARG$170 to shuttle you to a Arg football game, and told everyone that tickets were sold out. Tickets were not sold out, and the actual ticket price was ARG$35. Transportation was another ARG$2. They do add organization for

If you like irish pubs, loud, smoky places that you may like millhouse hostel! It's definitely a hard core party hostel! We have stayed there for only one night mainly because we didn't like the area (city center). For the rest of our vacation we have moved to Palermo neighborhood and loved it! It's the best place to stay in BsAs. Tons of nice restaurants, bars, shops etc..

I was surprised to find that nobody mentioned that you would not get an ounce of sleep in this hostel due to the fact that through the walls all you can hear is porno from the adult cinema situated next door!!! Apart from that, it`s a party hostel, so if you want to meet lots of people it`s the hostel for you!

Millhouse is an awesome hostel, gorgeous building, clean and a great place to meet people. all the female staff are friendly and helpful but i must say i found some of the male staff to be some of the worst rude, arrogant, unhelpful, horrible people i have evr met who definately need lessons in manners or at least how to smile instead of snapping at people and treating them like animals.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Grateful for extra service like safety slip with security hints around BA. Love the daily activities organised.
