Millenium House in Amsterdam, Chile

I don't know how this hostel got such a high rating!!! It was dirty, messy and by night the location is not safe!

Well I'm very sorry that you didn't like this place, we work very hard to keep this hostel clean, and if there are more people saying that they like this place, then I don't know what was wrong with the cleaning, then you should try to go to a place where they have 24 hours people cleaning but then you have to pay four more times the price that you paid in this place. Also you didnt mention that you used the facilities for free after the check out til the afternoon. We hope you have a great trip guys! Take care.. Chao.

It was okay, but they turn off the hot water at night... that´s really annoying! No maps of the city, and the WiFi reception was very low and unstable. Breakfast was good though :)

Hello I'm sorry for that problem with the water, but we have a gas sistem that we can't leave on all the night, then you should have told us that you wanted to take a shower as we but a paper in the bathroom telling that if the hot water is off, we can turn on, inmediatly. About the internet we had a proble with the wi fi but after you tried to fix it, without telling us, we didn't have internet in all computers for a few days untill the company came to fix it, and that was VERY annoying for all guests. Fortunately we now have internet for all We hope you have a great trip :)
