- “ This place is only acceptable for a single night's stay. The room was clean, it was in a good location, but the staff was unhelpful to the point of being rude. The older woman in particular was extremely unpleasant to work with: she clearly didn't want to interact with us. In an empty room it took me two or three tries to get her attention and when I did she gave me short, unhelpful answers. Stay here if you must, but you'll feel very uncomfortable. ”

- “ Good place to stay if you're just looking for a night to sleep. It's clean but there's not much fun going on in the hostel. Most staff does not speak english though. ”

- “ Hey, we stayed at the hostel for three nights and were really surprised about the room and the private bathroom where they even offered towels and so on. The location ist except the room not really comfortable because of the missing common room. There is only one computer with internet connection which was a bit annoying and no wifi. The staff was really friendly and tried to help us although they didn't speak english. Nevertheless we met great people and enjoyed our stay in kunming. ”
