- “ the location is perfect, just 5 min walk to city center, and near metro. I have dinner in Raffles City, a big shopping center near the hostel, it's so bustling. Dorm is clean and big, also the toilet is clean,special praise the mirror in bathroom and toilet is clean, I saw too much hostel clean their room but not mirror. After check out I change to another hotel (hotel ! )and it's totally small, what's a pity I cannot spend whole holiday here. I will suggest my friend go there too ”

- “ Mingtown People Square hostel is a very nice place to stay. It is close to downtown and the hostel is warm, clean and cheap. The beds are very soft ind the private rooms, and you can take a hot shower before 12 a.m. and after 5 p.m.! You can also eat at the hostel for between 20-28 RMB pr. meal and do your laundry for 9 yuan and buy soap for 2 yuan. We would recommend you to stay at this hostel if you ever come to Shanghai. :) ”

- “ I is not proficient in English, but i have to say this hostel to english. you have to know this hostel. very bad. as soon as 309room open, smell is really stink and we said you have to do something. but, they said smell is because we ate something. we didn't eat anything. And right next to the construction whether awakened did not sleep properly. service very bad. i really unlikely recommend this hostel. ”

- “ We really liked to stay in Mingtown Hostel. The room was very nicely renovated with ensuite bathroom. All clean. We just had a problem with washing machine which did not want to accept the money but the receptionist was kind and very helpful. ”
