This is a student residence that is used as a tourist residence in the summer. Room was large and clean. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Kitchen, laundry options, and internet are available free. Only downside is that students on this street party til 3 a.m. and the sound echoes down the cobbled street and into your dreams.

I had a very nice stay. Staff is very friendly. The hostel is very clean, well located and their is a nice kitchen well furnished.
In all my travels over many years, this is the best hostel (really a hotel) that I have stayed in. Immaculate and Fabio is extremely helpful. If you are anywhere near the vicinity of Northern Italy, go to Sienna, and stay here. Simple as that. Guaranteed good time.
Mr Fabio, owner of the establishment, has been very helpful with information on Siena. The room is in excellent condition, and your stay should be very comfortable.
Very good accommodation. Nice to have good kitchen and washing machine. Fabio, the guy on reception had many useful tips about Siena. Also a good location, right in the centre of Siena.
