The hostal was very well managed with docorations and music playing. They also had very friendly staff, and reading lights which was very helpful. Definately recommend.

Well, it's okay this hostel, very close to the city center. But i was not satisfied, in fact i did reserve 2 beds in a room of 9 beds, but finally when i came to the hostel, instead of a 9 beds dorm, we had a dorm of 22 beds, with a noisy group that talk without cease in the night !

The staff would always answer any questions you had and were always very helpful when you needed to know something. However, often you would go to the bar or reception and they would not acknowledge you while they did something else. The lobby area was very comfortable and relaxing but very quiet with very little going on. Most the time there was more activity in the smoking room. Once you get a feel for the City you notice the hostel is in a fantastic location, a very short tube journey away from all the major areas of interest.

it s a very nice place, the stuffs at the counter r very helpful. also the free internet for 30 min and a free welcome drink is a point worthy of notice. i d stay next time if i go to berlin, coz they gave me a discount card for next time, lol.

It's a good place and very well situated, in Mitte, so close to Alexanderplatz and Pariszer Platz (Brandeburgo Tor), just in the middle, near to Harkerscher Markt (and museums of course).
The people is very helpful and the hostel is quite beautiful, with those paintings in their walls!!!
The only bad thing I see is that you don't have any lockers in the room, but in the floor. If you take a padlock, you can use them safely but if not mmmm. But people in reception take care of your documents (passport, money, tickets...) and there is a good baggage room also in reception to leave your things during the day. We didn't have any problem and things are well attended.
Ah, almost I forget: the water in the morning was almost cold (if you sleep early, 8am, for example, you don't have problems, but if you do later mmmm)
Thank you very much. I enjoyed the place (at night there are many people drinking and chating at the bar in reception, quite funny)

A really cheap hostel, in Mitte (good zone of Berlin close to the Reichstag and the Branderburger Tor). Good ambience. The only problem s the fact that they don´t have too much glasses in the kitchen and forks etc....

Maybe in other periods it's much more busy in the hostel. Me and my friends liked its charackter but we didn't find any possibility to chat with other people staying there, changing experiences and information, how it works in many hostels. But for the rest it was ok, very secure and quite fine located. Cheers, Melinda
