We ended up staying in 3 rooms. First was 2 twin mattresses on the floor: No window and the sink leaked onto the floor.(wasn't even connected with a pipe) 2nd was the "delux" room.Worth the extra pennies,Had a large window and balcony.Again, the sink leaked onto the floor. This room was smaller than the last.3rd room was a double, no window and very very tiny. They kept the floors clean, staff was pleasant. Wish the sinks were connected and they removed the cobwebs. Good location n staf jennifer, from USA ~ 26th Jan 2012

We really enjoyed our stay at Mojito House, the character of the place and the location right next to the market made it a brilliant place for backpackers like ourselves. We enjoyed meeting new people there and visiting the club down the road owned by the same people! FUn! Tristan, from South Africa ~ 11th Nov 2011

Enjoyed my 10 day stay at Mojito House! Its located on a street with local market and right near the river. Single room for 150 baht! The bar Roots Rock Reggae is a must do. Staff are amazing, Jam goes out of her way to be sooo helpful and Yohann the french owner is very handsome, haha. When I come back to Chiang Mai this is where I will stay. heidi, from Australia ~ 30th Jun 2011
