Mona Lisa Hostel in Krakow, Italy

In fact, this so-called 'hostel' is in fact an apartment that is used for tourists. I can not say anything good about it. The photos and the offer from the site are definitely fake. The apartment had a terrible smell (like some unwashed clothes for some months), it was extremely dirty with the painting coming out of the walls. There is NO breakfast included!. When we saw the conditions, my friend and I just took our baggage and left to find another place. Since we were lied, we did not pay! EMILIA, from Romania ~ 9th Feb 2012

I don't know how someone can call that a Hostel! It's a guy's house where he rent verry terrible beds. The worst part is that you HAVE to leave the 'Hostel' at 10:30 until 4pm to clean. Seriously, who spend 6 hours 'cleaning' a small house? And when you arrive, it's not even clean! I leave my stuff on the floos and it got all dirty! Speaking of dirtiness, the place smells TERRIBLE!
