The hostel we stayed at was great. Very friendly and very helpful. However, your internet booking service was absolutely terrible. When I arrived at the hostel, they had never received our booking, and therefore we were without a place to stay, and because the city was so busy, there was no other place to stay. I was infuriated - I will never use your service again, and I will inform all other travellers I meet that they should steer clear as well. I would like my refund in full and I would
