Very good location side to the train/bus station and good isolation (no noise). There's a lock-out during the afternoon but since usualy you visit, this isn't a real issue. Good place to start visiting Nagano. (city, skiing or monkey park and you can reach Matsumoto-jo quite easily by train) Ferland, from Canada ~ 1st Feb 2012

It was in a great location, but a bit tattered. 9,600 jpy was a bit much once we saw the place. We stayed at a hotel Matsumoso for 9,800 jpy and breakfast was included and there was a private bathroom. mai, from USA ~ 13th Oct 2011
