Everything about Hostel Mostel elevates it above your traditional \"hostel\" to somewhere between staying in someone\'s home and a hotel. It is a beautiful building in a perfect location. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and are willing to do ANYTHING to help you out. We went on a daytrip that they offer to a nearby monastery and watering hole. I have stayed at many hostels across Europe and Hostel Mostel is honestly one of the best.

very closed to the fortress! though it is far away fr the train n bus station the staff are sooo nice and kind:D the breakfast is good with cheese and ham~ the dinner is really light but please remember it is free! the common areas in the hostel are sooooo comfortable, really make u hard to leave! shower n beds are clean. i really think that this hostel is better than a 3-star hotel!
LOVED this hostel -- fabulous atmosphere, lots of comfortable outdoor seating on the two terraces with great views of the citadel, a very short walk from the main attractions in town, very clean and lively, with super friendly staff, cheap laundry services and came with both free breakfast AND dinner. Can't ask for much more than that. Oh and also had 2 computers with free internet (not the fastest connection ever but still) and cheap drinks. One of the best hostels I've encountered.

Staff were great. If you catch bus no. 5 from the train station, wait until you get to the stop right in front of the castle. All good even thought they were booked out.
