a nice enough hostel, the rooms were cool so it was easy to sleep. the free breakfast was a little dissappointing though. there was only cereal and the milk wasnt cold. the television room was very spacious and comfortable with dvds on offer to watch.

Very friendly hostel with comfy beds and lots of interacting backpackers. The rooms are pretty small, which was a bit difficult with everyone's large packs. Overall the facilities are adequate, but a bit run down.

Cute homely place, but the dorm does not have windows! Activities are organised so backpackers can meet each other, which is good. Probably needs more than one internet terminal though.

good location, very near city centre and the lady at reception was very helpful. on a downside the kitchen facilties werent up to much and the internet was out of order.

My place is a well run establishment that is great in Charecter. The owner and staff do their most to make you welcome and have a fine stay in Adelaide. This one of those small family style hostels that everyone shares the time to get to know you. The people who stay here are the one who enjoy travel stories and the joy of sharing the experence of travel life. My Place will be a hostel that you will always remember for its fine European stlye service and cheerful staff. It is close to everything .
Leaving Australia soon but have been to Adelaide and My Place three times! That is how much I considered this hostel my own. It is always like one big family here. So many great memories cooking a bbq on balcony, stories shared in the kitchen or having a drink at Grace Emily across the road. (Pool table only 40 cents, great deal!) Miss you all, will come back for sure. Bye Adelaide, My Place!

was a disaster staying at this place our room was infested with bedbugs. I have never seen bedbugs in my life until i stayed at this hostel. There were three of us staying in that room and all had been bitten you could see them crawling on the beds at night and the blood trails. I was the most infected as i had an allergic reaction to them and ended up being on anitbiotics for weeks not to mention the scarring that took months to disappear.. nice place but i dont think id stay there again... i had to clean out my bags etc cause they were hiding in them also...
