The staff was extra helpful in terms of tourist information and train/plane tickets. Yummy breakfast and comfortable common area. The place wasn't exactly buzzing, but enough people to meet considering the low season/olympic summer visa issues. ps: The female staff have better taste in music than the male staff.

Only minus i can say is that there is no kitchen to cook in and nowhere to keep food. Otherwise it is a very nice hostel in a great location

Our train was 3 hours late from the time I had confirmed and they had given our room away. We arrived at 4am and first they just told us that we can't check in at that time. We had to argue to get a room for that night. Otherwise the staff was friendly. Not very clean, toilet not working properly.
No sign of my reservation. Thanksfully, there were still some beds free. I don't know if it's Hostelworld.com or this Youth Hostel responsability...

I had booked a dorm room with a bathroom but when I got there, they put us in a staff dorm room without a bathroom saying that they didn\'t have any more available rooms. I thought that was a little bit low because they still charged us the fee for the better room with the bathrooms. They did agree to let us change rooms the next day and not charge us the higher price, but it was frustrating.

A very nice place but their e-mail address don\'t work. So if you need to make any changes to your booking you have to call them . Hopefully it won\'t be long distance

the hostel location was in a nice spot, however i didnt find the staff very informative. there were several times when they provided us with the wrong information, however they were very friendly.
The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd definetly stay there again
