Overall a great hostel however the hostel will force you to register and make you pay 80R even if you are staying for less than three days. Despite what the hostel says you do not have to register your visa unless staying in one place for more than three days. Hostel staff refused to accommodate a backpacker because he would not pay the registration fee.

A little messy when I was there, and quite crowded, but all in all a pretty well run hostel. Beds were really comfortable! The staff even managed to be pretty helpful - in their uniquely Russian way. Would recommend this place.

This hostel does overbooking. I booked a 8-bed dorm and we ended up to be 11 people in the room as they put 3 mattresses on the ground. It was then very hard to go around in the room as it was small. DONT BOOK THAT HOSTEL.

good place for not a long stay, anything you may need. facilities are good, location is perfect with lots of cafes around.overcrowded though (including people who dont even stay there).

It's aperfect location, right to the red square, so no complains about that :-) The room is clean and so is teh bathroom so it's a pleasant place to stay. The staff is not very competent but could be worse. Overall, I recommend this place if you are coming for a few day to Moscow.

Very Dirty and It is unacceptably crowded!! Initially we booked a 6 bed female dorm for 3 nights. when we arrived, we were arranged to stay in a 10 bed mixed dorm, which was terribly crowded. There are 6 dorms with over 35 beds, but there are only 2 showers. You can imagine how long you have to wait!! The showers were extremely dirty and smelly. The only good thing is the location and you can find anything u need! the staff are friendly and sometimes helpful!
