we have put very poor for everything as we booked this hostel online and upon arrival it was closed, with no sign telling it was shut for winter. after waiting 5 hours we booked into etnico eco which we definately recommend to anyone heading to pucon. katie, from Northern Ireland ~ 23rd Jul 2009

The staff was very helpful, they helped us to organise climb to vulcan Villarica. They also let us stay in the hostel and use all facilities while we were waiting for night bus. The bathrooms, kitchien and living area were clean all the time and they had hot water all day. We had a great time in Etnico. Pavla, from Czech Republic ~ 2nd Apr 2009

The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a balcony deck to hang out on. It was nice to have free and convenient internet. However the atmosphere was a little uncomfortable.. sort of felt like we were crashing in someone's apartment / intrusive instead of community. I felt like the tours through the hostel were sort of expensive and there wasn't much information about them. Overall it was fine but not the warmest place to stay. Tina, from USA ~ 17th May 2009
