Nava's Place in Singapore, Singapore

Gross hostel with cockroaches, dirty laundry. Staff smoking in the bathroom while you take a shower or pee (I'm a girl, they are guys). Staff doesn't care about the customers. Steven, from France ~ 11th Nov 2009

This place was Awesome!!! I stayed in one down the road Prince of Whales and heard the another place the In Crowd were both open dorms.. But Nava's place had 2 and 4 beds ROOMS with A/C. loved it will never stay anywhere else in Singapore. Ricardo, from Mexico ~ 28th Jun 2009

I was with my family and we took three beds. What surprised us was the linen. They were dusty and my nose started to feel itchy. I asked for a new clean one and they came back with the same dusty one. It is probably because they keep the linen under their seats in their small counter. Very friendly staff but I would invest more money somewhere else. A discourteous staff and his friends were hogging the only computer at one time. The hostel smelled like Indian Food that will not go away, our private room is literally a tiny, closet-like room with nothing but a bunkbed and airconditioner & there was even a cockroach crawling at one point. There was one community shower, which I even felt uncomfortable using. You get what you paid for but I would not recommend this place. Jan-paul, from USA ~ 11th Jun 2009
