The rooms are not air conditioned. In the little kitchenette by my room, which was a tad cooler than the room, didn't have a microwave, coffee pot, or ice trays in the refrigerator. Apparently there isn't any ice machines either. I didn't see any storage area. Other than that, it was a relatively nice place, especailly for the money.

I chose this hostel partly because of the kitchen facilities, but each kitchen was completely bare, with no pots, pans, or anything else. Quite disappointing.

Stayed during a warm period in Toronto (about 28-29C durinf the day) and the room I stayed in was definitely warm. Bring a fan if possible during the summer. The breakfast was good, got to choose 3 items plus a drink, satisfied my morning hunger. This is a reasonable place to stay for the budget minded, just be able to cool yourself off at night when you want to sleep.

All I expected was a place to crash that was safe and clean, and had friendly and helpful staff. It was all of that. Air conditioning would have been nice, though :) David London, Ontario

estuvimos una noche y nos fue bien, Tienen problemas con su sistema de reservacion por lo q hay q hacerlo con una semana por lo menos. Esta un poco caro pero es seguro y en un buen lugar, muy muy limpio todo.

This hostel is only for those who wish to save money and don't care about any kind of comfort at all! One of our mattresses seriously felt like a bed of springs covered with a sheet, and the bathrooms were pretty gross! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Staff not particularly helpful.. More indifferent than anything.. Not a bad location, short stroll to Yonge St if thats your thing.. I recommend hedaing further west along King, Richmond, Adelaide etc to really see Toronto.. All in all, not bad but it was paying for only a bed..
