Exelent location for Killarney city center. Staff is absolutely fantastic. Kitchen get bit crouded if you have about 30 french students and irish football team staying. It wasnt noisy at the night time because they were all young student and were put to bed, just had to adjust the dinner times to avoid the crouds. That is obiously something you can pre-check and avoid big groups if yoy thing you are to fussy. Even my mum and dad in their mid 40s saw it as an interesting experiens. We all loved i

Parking was 15 euros a day within 1 km, bit of a downer. Heart of the city location and a warm atmosphere makes it great for a walker.

It was nice and clean, but we had some loud people in are room, it will happen. The staff people made it a very nice visit and I hope to come back and visit again some day.

i enjoyed my time in killarney partly because of this hostel. the security is a little lax and it's not nearly as clean as it could be, but neither of these two things are unbearable. the hostel is right in the center of town and it's a great place to see the national park and experience the shockingly lively night life in killarney. the staff are friendly and very helpful. people staying there were generally kind and some of them even traveled with me for a while beyond killarney.

A pretty far walk from the bus station with luggage, but once you get there the place is great. We had very strange and creepy roommates but that obviously does not happen often. Staff was very fun and helpful with directions and sites to see. Thank you, Neptunes!
