Staff excelled in helpfulness. Did not have a 4 bedroom room as booked but adjusted price to reflect sharing with others. Went out of their way to ensure our registration documentation for Russia was correct.

Prime location, three minute walk from the Hermitage and Nesvky Prospect, free internet (PC or WiFi on your own laptop). Could use a better common area.
Location is excellent, a block away from the main avenue, Nevsky Prospekt, and less five minutes away from Hermitage and beautiful cathedrals. All personel speaks english and prices are just fine. Rooms ar comfortable. By the way, the city is great!
Im supersatified and will come back sometime for sure. Location was excellent and I had a super time there.

Nevsky Hostel has excellent location, good security system but sometimes feels boring because of every knocking doors. It is very close to Kazansky Cathedral. Staffs are really good, especially Svetlana is wonderful person. But there are some cleaning problems in toilets.

Highly recomend it, it really is a great place to stay in St petersburg, with an amazing location good staff that speaks english as well as nice and helpful. Toilets are modern and clean they even have a tube where you can hang your washing and its constatly heat it, the kitchen is really good with 2 stoves, big fridge and is well maintain. Rooms are spacious and pretty new, really a good value for your money. Will definetly come back.
