New Capsule Hotel Aldebaran in Negril, Japan

Great if you're a guy Inconvenient if you're a girl. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and nothing else, you can get more than your money's worth by staying here. However, if you're a woman, this might not be such a great place. There is no shower for women and to use a sentou, they have to walk down the street and pay 400 yen. There are more urinals than stalls on the woman's floor too. Its not the cleanest ever, but for 1000 yen, it's worth it. Elan, from USA ~ 11th Apr 2012

It was everything I was expecting in a capsule hotel really, gave me internet, a bed and a bathroom for the nights that I was in Osaka and that's really all you're going there for. The only real criticism I have is that the lockers they give you for your personal belongings is too small for a suitcase and so you have to leave your baggage out in front of the front desk while you're staying there, which was a bit of a security worry for me while I was there.
