change of towels daily and also the top up of amenities like toilet rolls should be looked into and improve on. bed sheets look dirty and worned when we first checked in. pillow cover's material especially.

TERRIBLE !!!!!!!! When we arrived at the place, the guys at the reception said that there was no room for us, because the hostel was full. Then they tried to put us in another terrible hostel in the same building saying that they were doing us a favor. We didn't stay and I suggest everybody do the same. We ended up paying a hotel, because it was 21:00h and all the other places were either full or far from where we were. Apart from that, there was a paper in the reception, saying that if you
