This place should not be advertised. Upon arrival the manager at reception demanded cash, although it was not mentioned in the booking at the time of reservation. It was filthy to start. I went few flights of steps up unlit hallway to the top floor to - I presume - one of the 'better' rooms, only to end up with multiple bites - the place is infested with bed bugs, seems like a common problem in Belgium. Room was new & appeared clean, but morning after 1 night stay both of us have bad case of apperant bedbug bites dozens, very potent itch.Cannot say fr sure the mattresses &/or duvet were infested, but as the bites are appearing on our exposed extremitie & not under our underwear worn to bed...
