New Joes is just of Khao San Road in a little street (which i found much better than being right on it because of the noise). 6 of us stayed and quite enjoyed it apart from the sheets apeared to be a little dirty and two of the rooms only had cold water (in december it can be quite cold and hot water would have been great) The food is good downstairs. Pretty much a cheap basic place that is better kept than a lot of others we stayed in. We returned there a second time a couple of week Richard, from Australia ~ 11th Jan 2009

Generally speaking not a bad place to stay. the showers smelled a bit moldy but thats to be expected in many places hahah. Oh yeah also be careful on the stairs after a few thai whisky buckets as its easy to have a wreck on them in a drunken state sage, from Canada ~ 21st Nov 2008
