Staff are with bad attitude and not willing to help. They smile at you when you first come in and pay money for the room. But once you have a problem, they are not willing to help. My case was that I couldn't stay for the night I had booked and I wanted to switch to the next day. What they did was just accepting cancelation for the night but not accepted to book for the next day, claiming that: "We don't know if tomorrow the guest taking your room is going to stay for one more night, so we ca
