“ I was very impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. Everything was clean and bright and new. I really appreciate it when the management takes care and pride in their facilities. Bathrooms are cleaned every couple hours and the dorm style bedrooms only have 4 beds which makes it a lot quieter and calmer and makes you feel safer than other hostels. Appreciated the electronic keycards and locks at entry and bedroom. ”

“ Only issue was that the sheets didn't quite fit the bed, so we had to re-make the bed once or twice. Additionally, just as a comment, but not necessarily a negative one, the floor in our room was uneven and sloped toward the bathroom. The hotel's location is excellent with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and other amenities. ”

“ The staff was really nice, the location super. The bathrooms were clean but there were funny smells in the building.I booked a single room, it was a bit claustrophobic but also noisy and I found hairs in the bed linen before using the bed... I want to think that they don't have a very good washing machine but who knows. Also, in the room there are two lockers, but they are closed and you have to pay if you want to use them, I think the hostel should change them to a drawer or wardrobe. ”

“ The staff were lovely and the hostel was good value for money. Clean, safe and 10/15 min walk from Times Square. The shower rooms are private and spacious. I would definitely go back ”

“ Name says it all. Rooms are very tiny but you get free wi-fi (they actually feature different hotspots so unlike other hostel's you can really use it as it's fast enough), the shared toilets were very clean and there were more than enough (never had to wait for someone else). Staff very friendly. Entrance is a little bit difficult to find for the first time (no big sign). ”

“ A lot of bathroom per floor, which was great, I didn't have to wait in a line for example. The Staff is very friendly, I really felt welcomed. The rooms are very nice and clean. When i get back to NYC later this year I'll definately stay in this Hostel again. Excellent job guys! ”

“ Concierges were a riot and extremely helpful! :) The room was as pictured on hostels.com and there is even a set of lockers in each room that the front desk can provide you a key for so that you can secure your belongs at night. They were also willing to hold my luggage before and after I checked in and checked out so I was free to explore the city without having to worry about my luggage! ”

“ The hostel is on 3rd and 7th, so the location for the price is pretty amazing. The room itself was pretty basic but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Key card Access for all doors was a plus. No elevator in the hostel was not. Right around the corner from an awesome restaurant and three awesome bars, and about 7 blocks from Broadway/Time Square. Overall, I would do it again. Beware of the 14.5% hotel tax that no one ,entions until after you book. ”

“ The only thing I did not like was he heating in the room. There was no regulation of the heating possible and it was REALLY hot at night. We did open the window, which is not the most best way energy-wise) but the street was pretty loud. Even though I did tell the staff, it was the same thing the following night. other than that, I had a wonderful time! ”
