This hostel is situated in a poor area, with this in mind I didn't get any bother. The bed was awful, an old hospital bed (single), in what looks like a prison cell. The room also had a smell that was off putting.Be warned when I say the bed is really bad...it is.There was also a crack in the window and scriffy curtains.HOWEVER, the shower area was ok, and access to the gym etc was good. The lady at reception was really nice and so was the lifeguard. They were VERY helpful and made you feel welco Wayne, from England ~ 14th Jun 2011

The bus station is in walking distance to the YMCA hostel. I was a bit scared about the surrounding/neighborhood, everything looked a bit scruffy. Lady at the hostels front desk was very nice and helpful. My room was dirty, warm, stuffy and smelt bad! There weresmall boxes in every corner of the room to catch bugs! The walls and window angles were moldy! I did not feel safe! It was the worst thing I have every seen in my life - never ever again! It was not worth to pay 28 USD!I've booked it just to Diana, from Germany ~ 13th Jun 2011

Due to weather and it's power some windows were broken and sleep was difficult to find at night because the windows were shaken so much. Nice location. Christin, from Germany ~ 7th May 2011
