location:nice. close to the bus stop, and 20ish min walk from the Auqrium Niagara. Not very close to the station for grayhound. The staff: nice and warm-hearted. I met the same problem that they did not have my booking record, but was solved (cost about 15min). rooms: simple.the bed was not very clean. I did not use the women shower room downstairs as I am a bit concerned about the security but it seemed fine. waken up around 5:30am 'cause it's facing the street. it's ok for 1-night stay

Try "the Why Coffee Shop" at crossing Main/Portage. Women shower with special key in basement.

It's the most disgusting and dirty hostel we have been to. Unsafe area, bathrooms really dirty. Just the very friendly owner (?) had a vew good proposals for how to plan our trip. I don't recommend this hostel and would never come back there. If you can, stay on the Canadian side of the river!

We had some problems getting our room! Reservation on hostels.com didn't work. It said 24h reception. We called them to ask if arriving at 1am is ok and were told that we should be fine and somebody would take care of us. We arrived at 1am, only security was there, and our name was not on the reservation list. Security guy was medium helpful, at the end we had to leave our ID and credit card (!) to get our room. I will never stay there again...the staff is unprofessional , new staff but not under any supervisor hence i spent more than half an hour just to check in..

Hostel situated rather far from Falls, about 30-40 minutes by foot. But it's cheap and is a good place for couple of nights.

We would look for somewhere closer to the town ship. The room was clean, the beds had clean sheets. There was an unplesant odour throughout the 4th floor. No showering facilities for women on the 4th floor.
