- “ The staff were very unfriendly, we didn't get much more than grunts from them. We booked an airport transfer at an inflated price to leave early in the morning. When we woke up the staff seemed to have no idea about the taxi which arrived over 30 minutes late. When it finally arrived it belonged to the hotel - at any time they could have called one of the million taxi drivers who work in Ubud. At Rp 450,000 for a room without aircon the place is a rip off. ”

- “ Nice place to stay especially because it's styled as a traditional home. Though it's odd that they should offer only tea when you ask for water. Breakfast varies every day, but for the two mornings we were there, I thought we may have had a slight overdose of banana (in the toast one day, in the pancake the next day and in the fruit bowl on both days). As for the staff, Kenyat stood out as very friendly and helpful. ”
