  • The staff and accomodation were wonderful. They have everything a hostel should have, including laundry and cafe fascilities, showers and plenty of space for both socialization and quiet time. I would have liked staff-hosted events and tours, but it wasn't too hard finding my own way around.

  • One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive, and speak excellent English (except the night guard, whose English is only so-so, but his friendliness far makes up for it!). It's a good location about ten minutes away from Khaosan Rd, so there's far less tourist/foreigner insanity and a lot less heckling by the shopkeepers. A great cafe for meeting people with cheap food, very clean (A/C-ed!) dorms, big lockers, everything a hostel should have.

  • The staff at Niras Hostel are awesome, especially Poupe. She's so awesome! They are nice, helpful, and provide excellent suggestions and help you out with language barriers with taxi cabs. It's a great hostel to meet people if you hang around the sitting room or share a dorm of 6 people. My only thing about this hostel is that it's a 10-12 minute walk from Ko Sahn Road and you get harrassed by tuk tuk drivers trying to scam you into going with them for the day. Don't even acknowledge them.

Thank you for your review and seeing the value of our service. However, harressment or scam from tuktuk near khaosan road is normal for most of visitors, what we could do is to suggest and help you .it's not about our location 's fault as it's centrally in peaceful old town surounded by cultural things not tourist trap.
