if you are going to take a flight, this is definitely a good place. A bit far from city center but with very nice and helpful staff. The atmosphere is so nice and cozy, feels like home staying. HUI, from China ~ 25th Mar 2012

THE GOOD: Clean, hot showers, free wi-fi, menu food was fresh and tasty. THE BAD: Noisy every morning (mosque call-to-prayer at 05:30, 06:00 and 06:30, owner has loud conversations starting at 07:00), no laundry service, 15 min walk to nearest stores/restaurants, no lockers in dorm, breaky and dinner are free but are minimal. The place is a typical indian guesthouse, just plain rooms, no decoration. Be aware that such places in general do not offer blankets and the nights might be freezing. The internet is very fast and reliable. Security is high since there is 24h reception. The guesthouse is located between two mosques, you will therefore be woken up by prayer at 5:30. Otherwise the building is in a quite location, however that means it is far away from the sights and not well-known among the tuktuk drivers. The ow Patrick, from Switzerland ~ 1st Dec 2011

This is a good hostel, and I would recommend it. My rating subtracts three total points, one point for each of the following: 1. lack of individual lockers, 2. bad wifi internet, 3. communication was difficult due to poor English. The place is reasonably clean and the staff try hard to please the guests. Greg, from USA ~ 24th Jul 2011

Excellent hostel, stayed in large double ensuite which was funkily decorated and had a large lockable wardrobe.Staff were very friendly, even though we were the only guests they cooked us an awesome breakfast and let us check out late to get a bit more kip!free wifi is great perk. The staff is extremely nice and kind, plus you get nice breakfast and dinner included in the price. The hostel is also well located(only 1 km from Taj Mahal) in a quite street which is not a given in India... Antonello, from Italy ~ 15th Jun 2011

Solo traveler in India-LOVED Nirvana Hostels.I stayed at the one in Agra and Jaipur.I stayed at a different hostel in Delhi with regret.Mama who was the proprietor at the Jaipur hostel said "you are my children here in this country because you've never been here and you need someone you can trust".Honestly that is exactly how I was treated. It felt like a sanctuary in the craziness of being in a new place. Also, Saddik the driver for the hostel was AWESOME.I was only there for one day but, he Sherne-marie, from USA ~ 15th Jun 2011
