Booked in the afternoon and when I arrived that night they didn't have a record of me or a bed left, took an hour but was sent around the corner to 'the same hostel', it only had single rooms and after being told that I would only be charged for the dorm bed I had booked he tried to get me to pay for the single and ignored the deposit.
