The owner was very rude and condescending. The other people staying there seemed to be residents rather than temporary travelers. The hostel is not in the best area of town. I guess if you just need a place to sleep and are on an extreme budget it works, but it was creepy and had a bad vibe and I wanted to spend as little time there as possible. I would NOT recommend this hostel.

A small and nice hostel located close too the metro station. Easy to go to Hollywood Boulvard.

Considering the low price for a nights stay, Noho is very adequate. The people are nice. The location is right near the bus/metro station. And the neighborhood felt pretty safe. If you're a neat freak though, or have very high standards, this might not be what you're looking for.

This place shouldn't be called a hostel. It is basically a suburban unit with a few bunks that mostly has permanent residents, who smell, and lie in their bunk with a computer and the TV on all night. Try not to go here, even with the limited hostels there are in L.A.
