A little dirty, and the wifi was expensive. $4 for an hour or $8 for 24 hours.

This was our least fav venue in Aus, which was a shame as it was our last one before we left.Staff were cool and good internet facilities but that is it.Room was like a coffin.There was bedding on the bed but had no way of knowing if it was clean, I doubt it was.We paid for a on-suit, having to walk to the end of a corridor is not on-suit in my opinion.I am glad I we were onlty staying one night.

Hi Matthew, Thanks for your feedback, we do take it really seriously here at Westend Backpackers. Were glad to hear that you enjoyed our staff and our internet facilities. I am disappointed to hear that our rooms and cleanliness wasn't up to your standard. We do take cleanliness here very seriously, all our linen (sheets, pillowcases and doona's) are sent away for cleaning after every single guest, I'm sorry that, wasn't your impression when you stayed here.
