Public computer i poor shape, needs antivirus program (e.g. Avira), and Adobe Reader Acrobat, for showing pdf-files. The hostel room could not be aired, resulting in very moist indoor air

Facilities good but the woman running the place when I was there (not the regular manager thankfully) was extremely rude and kept telling me conflicting things. The hostel computer wasn\'t working when I was there so there was no way of me proving that I\'d paid a deposit, asking me for my \'confirmation voucher\' which of course I didn\'t have cos I\'d never needed one before. After she realised that I wasn\'t handing over any money over and above what I owed she let me pay what was remaining. If you want to stay here, reserve via the hostel\'s website directly because they don\'t make you pay a deposit.

We liked the landscape and atmosphere. Rooms are small but clean and quite comfortable; it's worth being there at least one night!

I was very dissapointed. When we arrived we were not able to pay with credit card eventhough we made reservation with it and it was in hostels' description - payment methods. We got bill written with hand with no specifications and they didn't subtract 5% that we paid when we had made reservation. Finally when I spoke with manager on mobile phone, we agreed after long conversation about the price, so we got fresh sheets for already paid 5%.

I loved this Guest House. As one of only a handful of affordable accommodations in this part of Norway, I was more than pleased with my experience there. The rooms were fantastically clean, and it was in a very safe area. The views from our balcony were amazing! The only downside was that the directions to the guest house could have been better; it was a little difficult to find.
