I recommend the Nubian for those travelers interested in a good location with staff who will help you sort out your itinerary. They offer trips, but you can also just talk it out with Mohammed who will help you get clear. I personally was so grateful for Magdi, who went out of his way to nurse me back to health one day when something I ate didn't agree with me. It was also wonderful to come back to the Nubian after our two week excursion as a resting place in Cairo to clean up, re-pack our bag Emily, from USA ~ 9th Nov 2009

My buddies and I stayed here for 4 nights in one of their 4-bed privates. The accomodations themselves were awesome. The mattresses were great and we enjoyed some well needed rest. The only downside about the rooms were the washroom in that didn't actually have real walls. It was like having a port-a-potty in your room. However, each floor had 2 other bathrooms which were available for use. The staff in general was very accomodating however they always asked us to pay in advance Shravan, from Canada ~ 17th Dec 2008

This place has a great central location and the From start to finish the staff was very nice. Tamer was extremely knowlegeable about the city and was very helpful. staff are all very accomodating and helpful. internet and laundry facilities a plus. would definately reccomend.
