A very good place to stay, a little far from the center but very recommended if you have a car. Hector, from Spain ~ 17th Nov 2009

A very nice hostel. Highly recommended.Well signposted. On approach you have a choice of going up a steep hill or if you are very fit 134 steps! The rooms are fitted with swipe cards, staff are very friendly and helpful.Hostel is exactly 1 hour walk to train station. They serve a decent breakfast and always seem to be cleaning the place.Had a huge lunch for only 10euro in a nearby restaurant. Can't remember name but turn right at bottom of hill,L.Da Vinchi and walk 20 minutes. This hostel was comfortable, but difficult to reach without a car, mostly in the evening. Luckily we had rented one. At around 24h we were chatting outside and we were " invited" to enter,; because the lady would close the door. And we thought there was no curfew.Besides that, the breakfast is ok. Wonderful place to stay. The only thing is that there isn“t anything going on at this place, but sometimes this is exactly what people need. Lukas, from Austria ~ 10th Sep 2009

Clear directions to the hotel, location about 15 mins by bus from town center, but bus access is good even at night or early in the morning. Perfect for staying just one night before flying from Bergamo airport. Irma, from Indonesia ~ 5th Sep 2009

even though it's very far from the center, there are buses to take you there (carrefoul cause last are about 8 o'clock), it's a very nice hostel, good view over the city and free internet on 2 laptops in the lobby (also wifi). I enjoyed and i think it worths staying there if you're looking for a nice cheap place to stay ;) MOLDOVANU, from Romania ~ 19th Aug 2009

I stayed only one night as I had a flight in the morning, on a Sunday. The hostel is cute, but quite far from center. The receptionist was very helpful, there are 2 laptops with internet free to use in the lobby, the rooms are clean, only that the bathrooms don\'t have soap. It\'s quite a quiet hostel as many families with kids are using this hostel. The bus on Sunday morning starts at 7 30 am from the hostel so my choices were to take a taxi (20 euros) to the airport or to walk to center Andreea, from Romania ~ 14th Jul 2009

Lovely staff. The location is not very central but it's easy to get to the city center by bus. Breakfast is ok. Anna-Karin, from Sweden ~ 27th Jun 2009

I find it strange that the bus that goes to the hostel doesn't connect to the train station.Maybe the hostel staff could make a re-routing suggestion to the municipal bus company ? However, this is no fault of the hostel. The staff is very professional and wonderful. Daniel, from USA ~ 29th May 2009
