Oasis hostel is probably one of the best options for you to stay in during your visit in Lisbon. I really appreciate the community atmosphere, kind and sympathetic approach of the staff and the possibility of friendly meetings with other travelers in common space (e.g. at the dinner or in the 'bar' after). I was in Lisbon during the Santo Antonio festival, so I think it was definitely crazier than normal. great location though, definitely one of those party hostels, so it is definitely recommended for a younger crowd. Breakfast was good, staff extremely helpful. Would be better if there were a couple of extra bathrooms Nicole, from USA ~ 3rd Aug 2011

Great employees, great location, great facilities, and great food (delicious dinner and dessert cost EUR 5 each of the two nights I stayed here).I knocked security down one notch because not every bed has a locker, but I saw no evidence of any problems regarding security.
