Very cramped and paper-thin walls. The slightest sounds in a room are available for everyone else to hear. One room is without windows, so be careful not to get that one for failure to read the fine print. The location is fine and Luca is agreeable when he's there, but overall this was more of a flop house than a hostal, so my advice is to look at it as a last resort. James, from USA ~ 27th Jul 2011

Our private room was in the new part of the city, about a 7 minute walk from the main hostel. From the window, you could see Playa Zurriola. The two bathrooms were nice and clean, but our room was very dusty. The kitchen was also great and fully stocked. The staff was quite excellent and we saw them several times while walking around town. Although there was no common room, it was easy to interact with other guests. We also had a television in the room. Nicole, from USA ~ 10th Jul 2011
