Best place in Tel Aviv! I would rather stay here than in any anynomous 5 star hotel. Nikolaj, from Denmark ~ 27th Oct 2009

Well this was very first time staying at Old Jaffa hostel, but I think i would not mind come again on my next weekend off, because my biggest concern was to able to get a place to sleep, as for the rest i cant say anything more, but i think ckeck out time should be extended to atleast 12:00 oclock noon time. Lastly maybe it will be a good idea to put some sun shades on the ballconies. But overall so far so good. Mandla, from South Africa ~ 31st Aug 2009

I had a fairly pleasant stay at the Old Jaffa Hostel... The people that work there are extremely helpful. My only concern was the distance between Old Jaffa and Tel Aviv centre. That can be quite a problem when it is Shabbat and not a single bus is running. Pierre-Antoine, from France ~ 21st Aug 2009

Leuk hostel. Oude Accomodatie (gezamelijke douches zonder deuren ervoor). Kamer zonder Airco. Kregen hierdoor wel wat korting. Echt een hostel voor Backpackers. Lokatie is erg gunstig. Willem, from Netherlands ~ 7th Oct 2009

Hostel with a great atmosphere, beautiful roof balkony, not too friendly staff, a balkony on my room with a tree next to it which made access to my room pretty easy, fridge on the room, no sink on the room, had to walk 20 meters to take a leak or a shower and had to walk through the reception on dining room to get there, great location next to the flea market and the old city and the beach. I really enjoyed the place, full of its own soul, and the people inside. The area is a bit noisy (flea market) and one should know it beforehand, as some prefer quietness. I'll go back there for sure, "my" bed in dorm 12 is awaiting for me !! valerie, from France ~ 19th Jun 2009

They said that they had not heard from you. They did not have a single room available so i stayed in the dorm. They did not giver credit for the deposit. Please could you refund my deposit. Andrew, from England ~ 29th May 2009

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. However, I found the hostel quite expensive considering it lacks of breakfast and we did not have hot water in our room (with private bathroom). Laura Angelica, from Argentina ~ 7th Mar 2009

The location is great, just a few blocks from Old Jaffa which is the loviest part in Tel Aviv, with lot of very good restaurants around. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are small but nice. Juan Manuel, from Argentina ~ 8th Jan 2009

It is very thoughtful of the hostel to organize a secular Christmas party. Robert, from USA ~ 11th Jan 2009
