WORST EVER hostel!!! Staffs were tricky and aggressive. They were nice until you refused to take their tour arrangement. They sent me to a cheaper double room in the first night, very dirty and smelly, I can`t sleep at all. The second day they changed my room to which I booked, but staffs made big noise downstairs in the midnight until about 2am. Then the next day I decided to check out, they didn`t count the deposite I paid online, and charged quite high about airport pick up. And the price Ketcha, from China ~ 28th Sep 2009

I have a great time staying at the Omega Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and gave us great recommendations for the best tours to Halong Bay and Sapa. We arrived in Hanoi late at night(23.00 PM) and we arranged an airport pick up through the hotel(the price is very reasonable). Our driver was waitting for us and hold our name card at our lobby arrival and took us straight to the hotel. We were shown straight to our room and did not have to wait to check in.
