- “ Friendly and helpful staff. We ordered four rooms, but got only two. For our group this was okay, but I generally find it bad to have such overbooking that customers don't get what they book. We had to pay more than agreed, which I don't think is okay. Good location. ”

- “ Unable to get to Kiev because of a blizzard. Kiev declared a state of emergency and we were unable to fly in. The hostel still charged us for two nights even though we were emailing them all day in panic from the airport, they didn't even bother to respond. I'm sure they are a fine hostel, i was just unimpressed that they didn't get back to me on any of my emails... ”

- “ The good: the staff are really friendly, very clean bathroom and beds, free wifi, spacious dorm with plugs. The bad: very hard to find, small common area/kitchen area. I would definitely recommend this place because the staff are very helpful and its location is in the city center. I had a great time here! As for directions, the hostel on on a side street, not the main street. ”
