The hostel is located in a very good location. The staff tries to maintain the bathroom clean. I see the reception lady go in the bathroom as much as possible after a person has used it. overall it was a great experience.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The location is really clean, the beds fine and the breakfast very rich and tasty (i loved their cereals). I would recommend it! PS: Take care of your clothings which you have placed on to the hallstand. It seems that it is not intended for keeping clothings there (my jacket got removed and I had to identify it afterwards to get it back). ;-)

Orange hostel was fine, that’s the first thing to say. It's clean, bright and does the job a treat. The computer didn't work for the first few days, but these things happen, so fair enough. It is well placed between three tourist areas, the Jewish bit, the square and the castle. Busses to the salt mine are just round the corner. Breakfast is average; we often topped it up with a pastry from a nice bakery nearby. One thing I would say is that the place could do with 1 more bathroom/shower/toilet. The other slightly annoying thing is that all the showers and toilets are paired together, meaning that you can be waiting ages for people showering, just to brush your teeth or go to the loo. But overall, for the money this place was good enough and to be honest normal people don't spend too much time there anyway, after all there is a whole city to explore. We heard a couple of people mentioning some real horror stories, but you won’t find one here.

Easily the best hostel I stayed in - the staff are helpful, freindly & not in anyway up themselves(unlike most other hostels we stayed in). 24hr reception & ideally located inbetween the Old Town & Kazimerez.

i would recomend it to anyone, in our trip we staid in 5 different hostels, and this one was the best. it is near the city center, it is cheap and the breakfast, internet and washing your clothes are free. it is as your own apartment but beeing with more people!

Great place to stay...the staff speak good english which is good. The rooms are very nicely laid out with cool colours and lighting. Inside the rooms are small cupboards that have a lock on them to store all valuables. No complaints. Breakfast is basic 'inclusive' style breakfast; cereal and toast kind of thing. It's very close walking distance to the center of Krakow and they also have tours that they pick you right up from the hostel, ie: Auchwitz and Salt Mine. Very knowledgeable and nice people. I'd give it about an 8.5/10.
